What is the Subscription Page?
The Subscription page is your central hub for managing everything related to your Timer plan. From here you can see your current plan and wallet balance at a glance, browse and install apps from the Marketplace, compare and switch between subscription tiers, top up Pallas Minutes (PM), and review your complete billing history. It is designed to give you full control over what you pay for and what you have access to — all in one place.
Pro Tip: Pallas Minutes (PM) are the universal credit that powers Timer's AI features and premium apps. Your plan includes a monthly PM allocation, and you can always top up more from the wallet section. PM never expires, so unused credits carry over.

Plan Details
Timer offers multiple subscription tiers, each designed to match a different level of usage. All paid plans include a monthly PM allocation, access to core and premium apps, and priority support. Key differences between plans include:
- Free Plan — Get started at no cost with access to core features and a limited set of apps. Ideal for exploring Timer before committing to a paid tier.
- PM Allocation — Each paid plan includes a monthly Pallas Minutes allocation. Higher tiers receive more PM, giving you greater access to AI-powered features and the ability to add more premium apps.
- Yearly Billing Discount — Switch to yearly billing to save 30% on any paid plan. The toggle at the top of the Plans tab lets you compare monthly versus yearly pricing side by side.
- Multi-Currency Support — Prices are displayed in your selected currency (EUR, USD, GBP, AED, SAR, KWD, JPY, CHF, CAD, AUD). Exchange rates are applied automatically.
- Coupon Codes — Enter a coupon code during checkout to receive a percentage or fixed-amount discount. The code is validated in real time and the discount is applied to your plan price before payment.
- Feature Comparison — Click Compare all plans to expand a detailed table showing exactly which features and limits apply to each tier, so you can make an informed decision.
Subscription Management
Click the gear icon in the hero footer to reveal the management panel, which provides three critical account actions:
Update Payment Method
Change your card or payment details at any time. Your new payment method will be used for all future charges including plan renewals and PM top-ups.
Pause Subscription
Temporarily pause your subscription for up to 3 months. During the pause period, your data is preserved but premium features and apps become inaccessible until you resume.
Cancel Subscription
Cancel your plan to downgrade to the free tier at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until the period ends, and your data is never deleted.
Best Practices
Choose Yearly Billing
If you plan to use Timer for more than a few months, switch to yearly billing to save 30%. The savings badge on the toggle makes it easy to see exactly how much you save per year on each plan.
Monitor Your PM Usage
Check the My Apps tab regularly to review your monthly cost summary. If your custom apps cost more PM than your plan provides, consider upgrading to a higher tier rather than buying top-ups repeatedly.
Compare Before Switching
Always expand the full plan comparison table before upgrading or downgrading. This ensures you understand exactly which features and limits change so there are no surprises after the switch.
Use Marketplace Filters
The Marketplace supports category filters (Core, AI, CRM, Advanced). Use these to narrow down apps relevant to your workflow instead of scrolling through the entire catalog.
Export Billing Records
Use the Export button on the Billing tab to download your transaction history. This is especially useful for businesses that need receipts for accounting, expense reports, or tax documentation.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are Pallas Minutes (PM)?
Pallas Minutes are Timer's universal credit system. PM powers every AI interaction with the Pallas assistant, enables AI-powered features like smart suggestions and content generation, and is used to add premium apps beyond your plan's included set. Each paid plan includes a monthly PM allocation, and you can purchase additional PM from the Top Up drawer at any time. PM never expires.
What happens when I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
When you upgrade, you are redirected to Stripe's secure checkout to complete payment. Once confirmed, your new plan takes effect immediately with access to all upgraded features and a higher PM allocation. When you downgrade, the change is scheduled for the end of your current billing period — you keep full access to your current plan until then, and your data is preserved.
Can I apply a coupon code to my subscription?
Yes. Enter your coupon code in the coupon field and click Apply. The system validates the code in real time and shows you the discount amount (percentage or fixed). Valid coupons are applied to your plan price before checkout. A coupon can only be used once per account, and expired or fully redeemed codes are automatically rejected.
How does the app Marketplace work?
The Marketplace lists all available Timer apps organized by category. Click any app to open a detail drawer showing its description, PM cost, and current status. From there you can install the app (which adds it to your My Apps list and deducts PM accordingly) or remove it. Core apps included with your plan cost zero PM, while premium and AI apps have a monthly PM cost displayed on the card.
Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?
Yes. Open the subscription management panel by clicking the gear icon in the hero footer, then click Pause. You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months. During the pause, your account data is fully preserved but premium features and apps become inaccessible. You can resume at any time, and billing restarts from the date you resume.
