What is Pipelines?
Pipelines tracks opportunities through customizable stages — build as many as you need ("Sunset Towers Apartments" or "Q1 Enterprise Deals") with AI-powered scoring. Every item draws on your shared memory, so the people, meetings, and documents behind a deal travel with it — and Pallas can move it forward with the full picture.
Pro Tip
Unlike Leads (which are incoming prospects), Pipelines are for active opportunities you're pursuing. Create separate pipelines for different projects, regions, or deal types.

AI Deal Scoring
Every pipeline item gets an AI score from 0-100 indicating likelihood to close. The score is based on:
- Stage Probability - Higher stages have higher base scores
- Days in Stage - Too long in one stage reduces score
- Activity Recency - Recent activity boosts score
- Activity Volume - More touchpoints = higher score
- Contact Completeness - Having person/company linked helps
- Deal Value - Higher value deals get slight boost
- Priority Level - High priority items score higher
Score Colors
Green (70+) = Strong chance. Yellow (40-69) = Needs attention. Red (<40) = At risk.
Stale & At-Risk Detection
Pipelines automatically identifies deals that need attention:
Stale Items
Opportunities with no activity for 7+ days get flagged with a pulsing indicator
At-Risk Items
Low AI scores trigger at-risk alerts in the analytics panel
Pipeline Analytics
Click the Analytics button to open the analytics drawer with comprehensive insights:
- Funnel Visualization - See conversion rates at each stage
- Stage Velocity - Average days items spend in each stage
- Revenue Forecast - Weighted forecast based on stage probabilities

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between Leads and Pipelines?
Leads are incoming prospects that need qualification. Pipelines are for active opportunities you're pursuing. Think of Leads as the top of funnel and Pipelines as your active sales process.
How is AI score calculated?
AI scoring uses 7 factors: stage probability, days in stage, activity recency, activity volume, contact completeness, deal value, and priority. Scores update automatically as you work.
Can I customize pipeline stages?
Yes! Open the pipeline settings to add, edit, reorder, or delete stages. Each stage can have its own color and win probability percentage.
What happens when I mark a deal as Won?
The item moves to the Won stage, updates pipeline stats, and triggers any "Won" automations. You can also graduate the deal to your Deals app for ongoing management.
How do automations work?
Automations trigger when items enter or exit specific stages. You can create tasks, send notifications, or trigger webhooks. Configure them in pipeline settings.
