Frequently Asked Questions
What currencies are supported?
Payments supports EUR, USD, GBP, and CHF. The currency symbol updates automatically when you select a different currency, and each payment stores its own currency independently.
Can I link a payment to both a person and a company?
A payment can be linked to either a person or a company, but not both simultaneously. Selecting a person clears any company selection and vice versa. This keeps the party relationship clear and unambiguous.
How do recurring payment schedules work?
Schedules let you define a payment that repeats on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly frequency. Set a start date, optional end date, and enable reminders to be notified a configurable number of days before each due date. You can pause, resume, or delete schedules at any time.
What payment methods can I record?
You can record payments made via Bank Transfer, Stripe, Cash, Check, PayPal, or Other. The method is displayed alongside each payment in the list for quick identification.
Can I edit or delete a payment after saving?
Yes. Open the payment details drawer and click Edit to modify any field, or click Delete to permanently remove the payment. You can also right-click any payment in the list to access quick actions including mark as completed, edit, and delete.
