Frequently Asked Questions

Are contacts added automatically from bookings?

Yes! When someone books a meeting through your Timer page, they're automatically added as a contact with all the information they provided in the booking form.

What's the difference between Contacts and Leads?

Contacts is a record of everyone you've met. Leads is a sales pipeline for tracking potential clients. You can convert a contact to a lead when they become a sales opportunity.

Can I export my contacts?

Export functionality is coming soon. For now, you can view all contact details in the list view.

What happens if I delete a contact?

Deleting a contact removes their information from your contacts list. Their booking history is preserved in your calendar.

Can the same person be both a Contact and a Lead?

Yes, when you convert a contact to a lead, they exist in both places. The contact record keeps meeting history, while the lead tracks them in your sales pipeline.
