Help Center Dashboard

Dashboard

Your central hub for managing meetings, tracking insights, and staying on top of your schedule

What is the Dashboard?

The Timer Dashboard is your personal command center. Every time you log in, it greets you by name with a time-aware message and gives you an instant overview of your day: upcoming meetings, active sessions, weekly trends, AI-powered insights, guest highlights, and your Pallas Minutes balance — all on a single screen that refreshes automatically every 60 seconds.

Pro Tip: The Dashboard adapts its greeting based on your configured time zone. Morning, afternoon, and evening messages change automatically so you always know where you stand in the day at a glance.

Key Features

NOW Card

When a meeting is imminent or live, a prominent card appears showing the title, guest name, countdown, and a one-click Join button so you never miss a session.

Today's Timeline

A visual bar spanning 8 AM to 8 PM displays all of today's meetings as colored blocks. A live "now" line moves in real time so you can see exactly where you are in your day.

Signal Badges

Actionable alerts for unread emails, low Pallas Minutes, expiring credits, pending follow-ups, and meeting conflicts appear as clickable badges that link directly to resolution pages.

Pallas Insights

AI-generated tips, warnings, and success messages keep you informed about scheduling patterns, conflicts, and opportunities — powered by the Pallas engine.

Dashboard Sections

The Dashboard is organized into distinct visual sections, each designed to surface the most important information at a glance:

Hero Section

Personalized greeting with your name, a live clock, and today's date — all displayed in your configured time zone.

Week Preview

A heatmap-style view of the next seven days showing meeting density per day, total meeting count, and total hours booked for the week.

Guest Spotlight

Highlights your most relevant guests with avatars, names, companies, and VIP badges. Click any guest to jump to their full profile.

Meeting Prep

Shows your next upcoming meeting with guest details, time until start, any attached notes, and a direct link to the booking details page.

How to Use Your Dashboard

  1. 1

    Check Your Greeting and Time

When you land on the Dashboard, note the personalized greeting and live clock at the top. This confirms your time zone is set correctly and orients you to the current part of your day.

  2. 2

Timeline Interaction

The Today's Timeline is more than a static display — it is an interactive component that helps you navigate your schedule quickly:

  • Hover over any meeting block to see a popup with guest name, email, time range, and meeting location type (Video, Phone, or In Person)
  • Click a block to pin the popup open, allowing you to click the View Details link inside it
  • Meeting blocks are color-coded by status: active (currently happening), completed (already finished), and upcoming (still ahead)
  • The red now line moves in real time across the bar, showing your exact position within the 8 AM - 8 PM window
  • If your day is clear, an empty state message appears with a quick link to Schedule Meeting via the Calendar

The Dashboard includes a Share feature that lets you quickly distribute your personal booking page so guests can self-schedule meetings with you:

  • Click the Share Link button to open the sharing modal
  • Your unique booking URL is displayed and auto-selected for easy copying
  • Use the Copy button for a one-click clipboard copy with visual confirmation
  • Share directly via Email, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn using the built-in share buttons

Pallas Minutes Balance

At the bottom of the Dashboard, the Pallas Minutes (PM) bar shows your remaining AI credits at a glance:

  • A visual gauge fills from left to right based on your current balance (out of 500 PM)
  • The gauge color changes: purple for healthy balance, amber when below 100, and red when critically low (below 50)
  • Click Top Up to navigate directly to the Wallet page and purchase more Pallas Minutes
  • Signal badges will also warn you when your PM balance is low or credits are about to expire

Mobile Stats Strip

On mobile devices, a compact stats strip appears showing four key metrics in pill-shaped badges:

Today

The number of meetings scheduled for today.

Week

Total meetings for the current week across all days.

Pallas

Your remaining Pallas Minutes balance for AI features.

Rate

Your meeting attendance rate over the past month.

Best Practices

Start Your Day Here

Make the Dashboard your first stop each morning. The greeting, timeline, and NOW card give you an instant picture of what lies ahead without clicking into any other page.

Set Your Time Zone

Ensure your time zone is correctly configured in Settings. The Dashboard clock, greeting, and timeline all depend on it for accurate display of your schedule.

Act on Signals Promptly

Signal badges are designed to surface urgent items. Address low Pallas Minutes, pending follow-ups, and scheduling conflicts as soon as they appear to keep your workflow smooth.

Share Your Booking Link

Use the built-in Share modal to distribute your booking page via Email, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn. The easier it is for guests to find your link, the more meetings you will book.

Review Meeting Prep

Before each meeting, check the Meeting Prep card for guest details and notes. Walking into a session prepared makes a strong impression and saves valuable time.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often does the Dashboard refresh?

The Dashboard automatically fetches fresh data every 60 seconds. The live clock updates every second, and the timeline now-line moves in real time. You can also trigger a manual refresh at any time.

Why is the NOW Card not showing?

The NOW Card only appears when a meeting is imminent (starting soon) or currently active. If you have no upcoming meetings within the threshold window, the card stays hidden to keep your Dashboard clean.

What do the timeline colors mean?

Active meetings (happening right now) are highlighted, completed meetings appear faded, and upcoming meetings show in the default accent color. The red now-line marks the current time.

What are Pallas Insights?

Pallas Insights are AI-generated observations about your scheduling patterns. They include warnings (conflicts, low availability), success notes (attendance streaks), and tips (optimization suggestions) that update automatically.

Can I see meetings outside the 8 AM - 8 PM window?

The visual timeline displays the 8 AM to 8 PM range. Meetings outside this window are still tracked in your Agenda and Calendar but will not appear as blocks on the Dashboard timeline bar.
