Best Practices
Contrast is key: Ensure your primary color has good contrast against white backgrounds for readability.
Use a transparent logo: PNG with transparent background works best across different backgrounds.
Keep fonts professional: Stick to clean, readable fonts for business communications.
Test all touchpoints: After saving, send a test email and check your booking page to verify the branding looks correct.
Be consistent: Use the same colors and fonts as your website and other marketing materials.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I remove the "Powered by Timer" footer?
The "Powered by Timer" branding is part of the platform experience and remains on all public-facing pages. Your brand identity is prominently displayed above it.
Will my existing emails use the new branding?
Branding applies to emails sent after you enable it. Previously sent emails retain their original styling.
Can I have different branding for different areas?
Brand settings are unified across all areas. You can toggle which areas use branding, but they all use the same colors, logo, and fonts.
What happens if I disable branding?
When you toggle off branding for an area, it reverts to the default Timer styling. Your settings are saved and will apply again when you re-enable.
Does branding affect signature document legality?
No, branding is purely visual. Signed documents maintain full legal validity with all the same cryptographic protections regardless of branding settings.
